The owner of the hotel was very attentive and kind. I stayed with my 4-year-old son, and even though the restaurant was closed, he constantly offered us treats. The breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean, and there was a large parking area for the car.

Our stay at Zlatna Koliba on Prokosko jezero was unforgettable, not only because of the incredibly stunning mountain views, but also because of the warmth of the family who hosted us. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends. The homemade food, from pita, krompir/meso ispod saca, fresh veggies straight from the garden to homemade bread and pekmez, was absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was rustic and cozy and had an incredible view of the lake. The hosts, Nedžad & Marija, are more than wonderful people, very welcoming, helpful and with the biggest smile you can think of. They are also always available to help, give directions or suggestions where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect for us as Fojnica is not that big of a town, so everything is close. The surroundings are beautiful, so many trees, and the little river running through Fojnica make the stay so nice that it was very hard to leave when it was time to. If you wish to visit Fojnica, look no further - Apartmani Odmor ARE THE BEST!!!!
