The size and cleanliness of the apartment, responsiveness/accommodating and helpfulness from the host are the best part of our stay. The host is very generous with the fridge stuffed with drinks ( wine and beer ) although we are not much of drinkers and could not take advantage of that.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was spectacular - everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would rate this higher than 10+++++. The breakfast included was so delicious! I was thoroughly impressed with the selection. It was so welcoming to be greeted by Andrea’s lovely smiling face in the morning - she was super!! She is truly a delightful person! The front desk staff were kind and answered all our questions. The coffee was from a fancy machine. Great room - there were extra blankets to put on the bed for additional comfort. Spacious washroom and little balcony. I could go on and on and on regarding the exceptional service, cleanliness, and food. What an experience, I can’t wait to come back!!!!! Thank you Hotel Bigeste for this wonderful stay! I wish we’d booked longer than a week.

Everything was spotless in both the room and the restaurant. Public spaces very tastefully done, and fittings/ decor of sleeping room to a very high standard. The outstanding part was the exceptionally helpful and gracious service from everyone: owner through to all restaurant service personnel. And the baker is superb! Best caramel custard I've had this year, and an enormous the portion!
