The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The facilities exceeded my expectations for such a picturesque location. Both the spa and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent during breakfast, and lunch and dinner options were also great if you preferred to stay in.

We had a room with terrace and enjoyed sitting in the afternoons. The host very kindly checked us in 3AM after our flight had a 5 hour delay. The bathroom was remodeled. The host responded quickly when communicating over WhatsApp and was helpful.

- Location: Historic building located few steps away from Praça Tiradentes. - Room w/ private bathroom: The room is big and spacious, with plenty of natural light. Smart TV and mini fridge in room. The attached bathroom is nice and clean with good hot shower. WiFi worked great. - Views from the room are gorgeous! Ouro Preto looks so beautiful. - The shared kitchen is big and always kept clean. - Host Patricia and her family are friendly and welcoming. It was so nice of her to offer us coffee, juice and snacks upon arrival. And on the day of our departure, she let us hang out in the house after room checkout and also showed us around the garden.

The hostel was very clean, the people working there very kind and with good mood. There is also an old Nintendo to play Mario bros! The place is beautiful and original as it is an old house well preserved. I recommend it
