It’s a trip in time, a visit to the museum, an opportunity to chat with the insightful hosts over a delicious breakfast (don’t make plans for early in the morning!!). The bonus is the beautiful house mixing old , new, and every commodity, to make for a somptuos stay. What started as an accident of scheduling for us, has turn into plans to return and stay longer!     Secret tip, ask to be booked on the main floor left of the lobby. I had a great room away from the kids at a hockey tournament and easy access to the pool.

    Due to a last minute change in my plans I did not check into my room. The Reservation agent explained she could not refund the charges due to my having made my booking online, which I accepted. I have stayed at Super 8 previously, and Super 8 would be my first choice in the future should I be travelling to Brockville, due to the convenient, and scenic location away from Hwy 401.

    The room and building was beautiful. We loved the style and detail. We came with our family including a 2.5 toddler& 3 month and having the elevator not working made it more then challenging to carry that much luggage & items up 3 flights of stairs 3x up to the room. I’m all for a new work out challenge but on vacation with the family in this environment not so much. Then leaving the hotel was equally challenging for our family.
