I was greeted by Elmira at the welcome desk and she made my stay very special. Always greeted with a warm smile and the hotel staff attended to all my requests. Alex from reception also had great dinner recommendations. The hotel is clean, very central, quiet, close to the main station, and has perfect water pressure. The location is great and right next to a major public transport stop. The room and bathroom was perfectly sized for one/two people. It was also very clean. The breakfast was also really good with a few different rotating options each day. Rolf and Kiki were absolutely warm and welcoming hosts. They were very helpful, friendly and very forthcoming with any possible queries that I had.
