My main problem was with check in . I arrived before 3pm on Sunday 24 August 2025, the reception man told me my rooms are not ready and it would take 20-30 minutes and because there is work in progress going in the hotel I waited in the lobby near by the reception area he said he will call me. After 50 minutes pass by I went to check to find another two receptionist there. One of them was putting the problem on me because I was sitting outside the reception area. I didn’t like her attitude. Where as the next day when I did the check out Ms. Imane was there and I mentioned my bad experience for checking in and she kept apologizing for my bad experience. I wonder why the check in lady didn’t apologize for her colleague mistake instead of giving me unpleasant talk.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The Oerlikon train station is 5 mins away. There is a Denner supermarket right next door. There is a laundry within the hotel, should you need to use it. The staff are very friendly.

Very clean, elegant hotel with good customer service. The gym is small but it has what is needed for a couple of sessions, bike, dumbbells, and one machine. The breakfast is not huge but has enough variety and tastes great. It is close to the city center, you can take the tramp and you are there in 15 mins (tramp station 8 mins). A few supermarkets and shops close by, sadly the spa was under renovation.
