breakfast was pk, healthy but nothing special

The apartment was beautiful and spotless. Very spacious, comfy beds, extra towels, Every thing we needed was provided, except for shower soap. It felt very homely. Kitchen fully equipped , espresso machine a great addition. The only thing missing is a second toilet, I don't know why so many apartments in Switzerland have only one, as a family of five adults it's difficult but manageable. We came in late at night and found everything waiting for us. The owner ,Simon, lives on the bottom floor and it was fun chatting and learning About local liVing. Sindy, the farm dog is adorable and waited for us outside every morning to play. Location is great, we highly recommend the apartment and will definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The room was huge including a huge washroom and a shower with side jets.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival. We were so grateful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I also appreciated that the small grocery store and a couple of restaurants were right next to the hotel.

This was a lovely hotel that had good value for the price. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. Would come back

Friendly, cozy , quite location family oriented

Great location. Out of the touristy area and a quick 20 min bus ride to Lake Lucern. Gery was available and made me feel right at home.

The staffs are helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus the kids enjoying the playground outside and in door playground. The hotel is very close to the bus stop

The apartment was pristinely clean and very comfortable, very conveniently positioned close to Emmen and Lucerne (5-10 min drive). The parking space was a life saver as we had rented a car and travelled often throughout Lucerne Canton. Mario the rental manager was very kind, helpful and understanding, as well as Kalina the lady responsible to maintain the venue. Overall, we highly recommend the Visionary Hospitality accommodation. We intend to return and rent the apartment in the future as our daughter continues her studies at the Lucerne University.

Such a beautiful property. 15min walk to the train station to take you into Lucerne. Wonderful breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The communication was really efficient, even the rules are laid out in the house. The amenities were all accessible, the utensils catered for our dining The apartment was really clean and organized. The house has a lot of windows and it's bright. It felt like home for the 3 nights we stayed there

The host Olaf is a great host and very helpful person. He treated us very nicely. He picked us from the Luzern train station as I had 2 kids. Then whenever possible he dropped us in the train station as well, due to which we were able to catch the train at right time. Bus services are also great from here. The location view was great. We were able to see mount Pilatus from the guest House. Thank you so much Olaf for your friendly gesture.

The apartment was great, big, and had everything we needed for our stay with the kid. It was really cozy and warm.

Hotel Baren is situated in an excellet location within 15 minutes to the center of Lucern either by bus or train. The bus station is right across the street and the train station is just a seam minute walk. The breakfast service provides an arrange of options for different dietary needs. If you wish to eat at the hotel's restaurant the food is fresh, traditional and delicious. There is a grocery store around the corner where you can get anything you need including toiletries and ready meals. Beautiful shops near by. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are some beautiful trails to explore for as short as a mile or as long as taking you a a different city.

Really beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was delicious and we felt well cared for. Comfy beds, lovely views.

The location is central, directly next to coop supermarket and bus services. Very well equipped, filled with kitchen items, made cooking eqsy. Tons of toys for kids and adults games. Our kid could stay the whole day playing in. Nice balcony, and very spacious apartment. Also friendly neighbors. Oh and smart TV.

The location is good and very convenient to reach city center and train station. The owner gave us free transportation pass within zone 10 of Lucern, so it was very helpful for us on the first day. We just put all luggages on bus number 2 and it stopped nearby the apartment.
