Excellent and fast communication with the property manager. The walking distance to restaurants, train station and Lake Oeschinensee was great. Public pool next door to apartment worked out perfect. Outdoor porch was perfect for looking at the mountains and enjoy the sound of the water.

Everything exceeded my expectation. I arrived before the check in time, left my luggage at the counter, and when I came back from Oeschinensee, the luggage was already in my room! The view from my room was fantastic. At night, I was able to see the milky way despite the annoying street lights. Also, the moon shone through the room, creating a magical ambience.

Our first chalet experience so we didn't have high expectations. Everything was what we expected, the staff members were nice and very happy to help us with our requests (we had a dog and checked in late)
