We stayed here for two weeks in July. I always stay in Baisha when I visit Lijiang and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The room was spacious and great for the three of us. My children enjoyed playing and drawing upstairs. Thanks to the owner and staff for a wonderful stay!

I upgraded to a suite because it was so well priced. The hotel is new and the amenities, like shampoo and bathroom accessories were a nice touch. The location is perfect, on a quiet alley in the heart of the ancient city. But the best part of my stay was the attentive staff who helped with everything including guiding me to a good restaurant to taking me to a computer store for an adapter. They even helped me do laundry. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the room and location was perfect. The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

Great host that helps you with your luggage, responds very quickly and thinks along and ensures an answer to your questions. You are able to book tours, taxi, pick-up from airport or train station via this hotel. Very short walking distance to enter ancient town and in my opinion more comfortable to stay here than in ancient town if you travel with luggage due to the state of the road. Large room, clean and much lights that makes the room cozy. This hotel made my travel in Lijiang very smooth and convenient. If I come back go Lijiang I will definitely stay here again.
