The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was perfect since not many dining options to walk to. lt is an airport hotel so keep that in mind. The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was great

Our family arrived in Huadu and checked in here, what a lovely experience. The service was nothing short of impeccable, to the point where all family members said that we had to leave this review. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms Wong and TimTim. They helped us make our taxi arrangements knowing that we're foreigners and didn't know how to use the local apps. They even helped us with a suitcase issue on the first night, and we had arrived slightly past midnight. The hotel has very clean and comfortable beds. They wanted to upgrade us to rooms with balconies but we opted for hotel breakfast instead since the central location means the lively night market will be right outside. Ms Wong even helped my elderly family members with digital payments and that was very useful information for the rest of our trip. We enjoyed ourselves so much that some family members who extended their travel days booked Atour Hotels across the country, that's the impression Ms Wong and Tim Tim gave us. A 10/10 experience. We'll recommend this place to everybody traveling here. Thank you for your top-notch service!

I had a wonderful stay at Shangpin Holiday Inn near Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. I landed at 3:00 AM and didn’t feel stressed at all, as the hotel kindly provided a free airport pickup—such a relief after a long flight. The hotel is in a calm, peaceful area that feels like a small village. We found two amazing halal restaurants nearby with great prices and friendly staff. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, our room was always clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. We had a nice view, and even though it’s close to the airport, the room was completely soundproof. The laundry room was also a very helpful bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing and stress-free stay near the airport!

The hotel sent a mini bus to terminal 2 at gate 43 to pick up us, it was about 15 mins drive and the room is very nice and clean, the staff prepared two simple take away breakfast for us and took us to the airport to catch the early flight next morning.
