The room was so clean and bright! The room so very spacious and quite also quiet. The staff were amazing, they showed me how to book cabs, find location and best places to eat! I really enjoyed my stay and the price was amazing!

The hotel has a great location and is conveniently near the subway, just about a 3-5 minute walk. You simply need to cross the bridge, and you will arrive at the subway station. It is just four stops to Universal Studios. The hotel exceeded my expectations – it was very clean, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and had a complete set of amenities well prepared. The room was spacious enough to move around comfortably. One thing I must mention is that the staff are very well-trained. Before my stay, I contacted the hotel regarding a parcel delivery, and they handled it very well. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the day I checked out, while I was on the train to Shanghai, I received a message from Booking.com informing me that I had left a small bag in the room. I contacted the staff, and they promptly arranged to send the bag to Shanghai, which really impressed me.
