It wasn’t just one or two staff members who stood out, but rather every team member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They quickly and efficiently handled all our requests, creating a very warm and comfortable experience. Quite property. Exceptionally well placed. Close to a lot of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Also very close to sightseeing - brilliant look on Qingdao light show not too far away (15 minutes). Subway close to reach everything else of interest.

Great location, lovely entrance and easy to get a taxi, 30 minutes at non-peak time to get to Qingdao station. Really early in the morning - it took only 16 minutes! Helpful staff, reception and waiters,- spoke English - lucky me! Spacious room with comfortable, big bed, good bathroom, room service menu mixture of Chinese and Western. I had a bit of both - tasty. A very pleasant stay.
