Very clean, quiet, and comfortable, the frontdesk ladies were very efficient and helpful with all our requests. The restaurant offers very good food and peaceful seating while a bit pricey. The swimming pool is nice.

I do not recommend at all There is only one worker in the place Room is not as the picture, it was not cleaned during my entire stay. The service are zero, there is. Exploitation in the prices and lack of credibility. I rented a bike for a full day, and during my rest period, my bike was rented to others, my advice is not to deal or rent before making sure of everything There are many cheaper and better hotels in this area.

I like the location of the place, away from the noise but walkable to the downtown. They have a beautiful yard. Highly recommend the room the balcony. I booked some tours with them, great value.

We had three nights stay at the retreat and it was a wonderful experience. My wife and daughter loved the place. The views in the retreat were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and always ready to assist even during busy hours. Defiantly recommended for foreigners who doesn’t speak the local language as the staffs are able to communicate in English. The food was also good. We mostly tried the western menu which met our requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in betweens. Will be my first choice if I return to Yangshuo next time.

I would highly recommend, we stayed for a week in the 2 bedroom suite and had a fabulous time., the location is very peaceful and the swimming pool is great. The staff were so kind and caring, especially as my daughter was unwell, and they went to great lengths to assist and make our stay very special. Jenny and Lin in particular (as well as the other lady on reception, I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!) planned many activities for us. We booked all our transport and activities through them (ATV, canyoneering, dumpling making, calligraphy, bamboo rafting, traditional chinese fan painting, cormorant fishing, trip to PingAn - we did it all). Highly recommend!
