The building, view of the square, comfortable room, the staff. We were asked what we liked for breakfast and they got it. When we left they helped us get a taxi and gave us something to drink while we waited at a table outside.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully furnished/equipped and the assigned parking spot is very convenient. Additionally, it is right next to the tram stop (for a hassle-free trip to Darmstadt and onwards connections). The welcoming staff was very nice and accommodating. The apartment is on the ground floor, which made the inside temperature very comfortable during the recent summer heatwave.
