The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and kind. I arrived late after a delayed flight, but Hichem was extremely helpful and understanding. He answered all my questions and spoke with me at length to make sure I had everything I needed and to set up a city tour and airport transfer for the following day. He kindly extended a late check out to me since I was arriving so late and would need to rest after 2 days of travel. His English was great and he gave me great advice that made my first day in Algeria very easy. Thank you!
The bed was comfortably firm and the shower was nice and hot. Very nice room with views of the city and sea that was perfect.. An ample breakfast for a reasonable price was also offered.I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I ever return to Algiers.
