First of all James is probably the best host we ever had. We consider him a friend now. He provided great food, even medicine when we needed it and great company. He even took us out for lunch one day and ordered pizza multiple times. As a parting gift he gave us a jar of marmalade! The house is amazing, the terrace on the roof provides an amazing place to chill and have breakfast with a view of the volcano and the ocean. The location was good, right between everything we wanted to see. The room and bathroom were super clean, wifi exceptional, breakfast amazing. We will definitely come back again!

The house has everything you could wish for and a perfect location. It is away from the mass tourism but still in a central location to explore the island. The host was very nice and helpful. Very spacious rooms and easy parking in the street. The private terrace with sea view is amazing! Highly recommended.

The house is an impeccably restored historic house unlike any I've ever staid in. The woodwork throughout is especially beautiful. And the back windows open to an unbelievable view of the Teide. I used the well-equipped kitchen for most of my meals.

There is no 10+ to add to the review, but indeed this is how it was. Spotless clean!!! Beach toys, towels, umbrella and all that you need. Welcome gift, cookies, wine, beer, coffee… Nice little terrace face to ocean. Responsive guest! If you have a rented car, then this perfect! Quite and clean!
