Located in a village in the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama, right off N-110 (but not within reach of the noise), this older mountain inn offers affordable rooms which are also a little older, but well kept, clean and comfortable. Free parking is available behind the building, the access from the main road is about 30 m away from the building itself. The absolute highlight was the opulent buffet breakfast with plenty of choices - including, but not limited to local fare such as cured ham, pancetta, dry sausages and the like, eggs, fresh orange juice, pastries... et cetera. Considering the very affordable price, the stay exceeded my expectations. Caution: There is no receptionist. An automatic check-in machine is outside the front door. The process is pretty straightforward. No elevator, you'll have to haul your luggage up the stairs.
