The food was excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere and it was notable in the restaurant that there was no music in the back ground so we could hear what each other was saying. The room was fine (Room 1) and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of parking.

Great amenities, small touches thought about like dog bed, bowl, biscuits. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Ideal location for us as friend was playing in a band there for Maryport live weekend. Hosts were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Coastal walk 5 mins away.

We used this for one night and it was a big success. The room was spacious enough and clean. They send you info in advance that allows you to check in without human intervention (but they will help at the bar). Good food available in the evening, and breakfast was very good. (Note this was a weekend - breakfast not always available).

Staff were friendly, approachable, helpful, my son and girlfriend came to have a meal with us, they are vegan and vegetarian, the chef was very helpful and although there was nothing on the menu for them the chef created two meals which were excellent
