Friendly, exceptional staff, very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Decent parking. Close enough to Tumon by car or bus, but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds. The buffet was delicious, and even behind peak hours service felt swift. The complimentary tea time was equally splendid. The welcome gits were also a wonderful touch, which my girlfriend and I enjoyed immensely.

The breakfast buffed was TOTALLY worth the money!! They had amazing and several options to choose from. The staff were so welcoming and the rooms were exceptional. The waterpark was so entertaining and in all I had an amazing time.

The hotel offers the most breathtaking sea view I've ever seen! The beach is incredibly clean and the water is crystal clear. Waking up every morning to that stunning view was a dream. The rooms are spacious and spotless — honestly, the entire stay exceeded my expectations The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially when they found out we had come all the way from Bahrain they went out of their way to make us feel at home. 1. Staffs were really friendly, esp. Korean staffs who talked to us Korean family first, and the staffs at the pool and the Breeze were very nice too. 2. Location in the middle of Tumon beach was excellent, and beach and the pool fantastic. 3. Our room was bigger than I expected and thankfully an extra bed for my 5 years old was placed without having requested for it. Thankful for the little table and bench chair for kids in the room - while my kids played on it and us parents took a little break. 4. Bon Voyage shopping price and experience wasn't bad as well.

STAFF WERE ALL VERY HOSPITABLE...VERY HELPFUL..I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, HOUSE KEEPING STAFF DELIVERED REAL QUICK...ENGINEERING TECH CAME IN AND ASSISTED IN GETTING OUR TV UP AND RUNNING...CHECKING OUT WAS A SMOOTH PROCESS AS WELL...SALLY ASSISTED US..ALL STAFF WERE SUPERB!!.. Staff friendliness, shops and restaurant within the hotel was convenient. Airport pick up was so on time, in fact, earlier than expected. Shuttle to the salon was unexpected but so appreciated. We requested a wake up call and actually received an automated one (3x) then a staff called. The room was more than expected for the price.
