The inside was clean however and breakfast was good. The inside rooms need some pics or decorations to make it not look so institutional.

We stayed in eight different places in Iceland (some twice the price) and this one was our favorite by far. The views of rolling hills and sea from every room were incredible, especially the kitchen. The home was perfectly comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc to get very cozy. We enjoyed the sauna. And we took a long walk along the water to the north, which was stunning. I wish we could have stayed longer. Will never forget this place.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Víðidalstunga, Dæli Guesthouse is a farm stay surrounded by views of the river.

Breakfast was nice - our room was lovely, beautiful location in a valley, and the owners/employees were great.

North West is located in Víðidalstunga, right off Iceland's Ring Road. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a seating area and a private bathroom with shower.
