I really liked this place and Andrea was a very communicative host. It was easy to find and although its a little out of the city it is really close to good transport lines and in a friendly neighbourhood. It's small but comfortable and tastefully decorated. It does not have a lounge or somewhere more comfortable to sit other than some kitchen chairs. There is no kitchen table either just a shelf in the kitchen area. If you are considering this place this is something to think about and there is not really enough room for children to have a place to play.
