I arrived late in the evening, and everything went smoothly and pleasantly. I was given the key right away, and the staff were attentive and friendly. In the evening, a kind young man assisted me, and in the morning, a lovely lady treated me to delicious croissants and coffee. I’m sincerely grateful to the whole team for their care, warm welcome, and wonderful atmosphere.

The staff is super nice and let me keep the luggage in the hotel

The hotel is excellent, as is the service, very clean. It's also convenient for metro links to the centre or to the central train station.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained rooms and bathrooms. The cafe/restaurant and reception staff were very helpful. This was a short walk to my place of work, so the location was perfect for me.

good location, just beside the metro station the freshly baked bread of breakfast is very nice!

I liked everything!! The staff, friendly, helpful ready to support you. The sauna The hotel, the room, the restaurant, the decoration. It was very clean. ( Everywhere I stay I clean by myself. Here i saw no dust, no dirt! ) Parking space! Fair breakfast. Room service

Very kind and professional staff

I made a mistake with my reservation dates, but when I explained the situation to the hotel, they were very understanding and helpful. They changed the dates without any extra charge, recognizing it was an honest error. Everything was excellent: the room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was also great, and they even allowed me to park my car at no extra cost. Highly recommended, a great option

This hotel is beautiful! The staff are exceptional - helpful, kind, and efficient. The room was large and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect, with a nearby metro line taking us directly to Duomo. We travelled with our twin sons, and they loved it! We received a room upgrade and a thoughtful surprise for our wedding anniversary upon arrival. Thank you for the lovely card, bed decoration, and treats. We heartily appreciate it! We look forward to coming back soon.

Nice hotel with big balcony and garden

We were there to attend a concert as the event location was very close. The surprise was that the headliner band was also staying in the hotel. The staff was very kind and the service in general was beyond all our expectations. The room was very comfortable and everything was perfect!

Everything was exceptional, very friendly and proffessional staff. Location is just few minutes from the tram or circa 15 mins easywalk from the metro. It is not the city center but you can get there in 30 mins, so the location is perfect if you want to park your car and enjoy the city by foot/public transport. Supermarket and good restaurants just behind the corner. We had balcony. For the summer I can imagine chair/table would be great to have there too. Very good wi-fi connection, smart TV, the room was sparkling clean. I would stay there again for sure. 😊

Metro was near. The sfaff was very kind .
