Location, staff and the cleanness. A great combination of old and new furniture, some of the sofas might look worn but they are in really great condition which gives a unique look to the rooms. If your room neighbors are noisy you might hear them. Staff is really kind and helpful, they speak Italian, German and English that I could recall. Breakfast has plenty of options even though at first sight might not look rich.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel was much nicer that we expected. And the room was really exceptional with best view at the hotel to the lake. Also the restaurant was really good and e.g. deer was excellent.

Lovely hotel close to the Tre Cimi, with cozy rooms and sleek updated bathroom/shower setup. Breakfast setup was also generous & delicious.

Amazing apartment with all the amenities of home. Easy to walk to restaurants, cafes and the lake - take a paddle boat or stroll along the water. This is one of my favorite areas of the Dolomites. Make sure to book your entry for Tre Cime early as everything is timed entry as of 2025.

We had both an upper and lower balcony - both with excellent views. The staff - both office, wait staff and housekeeping were all exceptional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and were very pleased.

The spa was amazing especially after a long day in the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the dinners we had in their restaurant. We were well taken care of by the hotel staff.
