All the interior was made by the owner, and it is beautiful!! Really nice japanese style house, not far from the train station, so its accessible, they gave us bike's as well. Good price and nice people!

Very satisfied with very clean, comfortable and panoramic bay views, especially the good experience with clear and fresh air conditioning. And we was able to enjoy shopping at SEACLE, riding Rinku no hoghi, enjoying Japanese-Style Dish/Set, and taking a walk at Seaside Garden. It was a hotel very close to Kansai Airport, so it was nice to be able to relax and prepare for the next trip and leave in the morning.

Very clean and modern hotel. Great value for the amenities and its location to the airport. The staff is very helpful.

Our big room for 4 person at the corner of 36th floor is big , with excellent view of town, many big thick window glass. The bathroom room is not so big but convenient with toilletres. Usual TV with japan channel. I think the gym and onsen were closed during our stay at the end of June,2023. The staff can speak good english. 1 hour subway to downtown Osaka. During check in,they asked if we need free shuttle bus to airport

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. Also near the train station and only 2 train stops from Kansai Airport. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed and it was very clean.
