The host was very generous and kind, meeting and allowing us to store luggage at the apartment before our rental date. Upon staying at the residence, the host met us at the door, welcomed us into the house, kindly poured us a glass of water then took the time to give us a tour and explain local places to eat and visit even though are stay was short. Communication was quick and efficient and the host was always very polite in replying. Overall, an excellent experience. However, renters should know the residence is very close to the rail line, which is excellent and very convenient, but trains do run late and early in the morning and you will hear this when in the residence.

The staff were very friendly. The view was amazing. Location was right next to the station and a mall along with an outlets so shopping was of no issue. They have a Lawson inside their Hotel which is 24hours so it’s great for midnight snacks. Breakfast was an extremely wide variety of things and suitable for all common allergies. The rooftop bar was phenomenal with a great view of the town.

The room was comfortable and clean. The family was very helpful, full of useful information, and enjoyed talking with them. I loved the woodwork in the common areas and the custom woodwork around the upstairs sink. They were very close to the train station which was needed.

The host was responsive and allowed us to store our luggage before the 4 PM check-in. Newly styled small home, enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Within a 5-minute walk to the metro station. One station away to/from Rinku Outlet and two stations away from Kansai Airport ; a very good location for early flights.
