The staff were very friendly. The view was amazing. Location was right next to the station and a mall along with an outlets so shopping was of no issue. They have a Lawson inside their Hotel which is 24hours so it’s great for midnight snacks. Breakfast was an extremely wide variety of things and suitable for all common allergies. The rooftop bar was phenomenal with a great view of the town.

Very clean and newish.

Luxurious room, clean, nice bed & blanket. The location is great since it's very near to Kansai Airport. Shuttle buses are available only in the morning though.
