Location and view is great, restaurant and especially breakfast. If you want to try Toyama special seafood, i recommend to add breakfast to your booking. Famous squids, fish, seaweed. Only white shrimps you will have to find in some other place. Staff is nice, super well trained and friendly. Bar on 19th floor is must visit

Very clean, owner very accommodating and helpful, answers questions quickly. Nice big two story home. Nearby free parking by lot (we had minivan so couldn’t park in front of the home). Owner gave us coupon to hot spring bath house about 5min away. Close to fish market so we went there for breakfast. It was 40-50F so she provided heater stoves all around the home. Thick futon blankets which was really warm. 2 beds downstairs, 2 beds and 2 futon upstairs. I think you can fit more since there’s an extra kids room and living room. Had kotatsu in the living room!
