This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul

I had such a great stay at this apartment. I couldn’t believe how exceptional the accommodation was for such an affordable price. The room was clean and bigger than I expected, and they provided all the essentials and necessities for the bathroom, dining area, laundry, and more. The location was also the best thing as it was very convenient, being close to the Main Gangnam Street and other stores. The owner was super kind and helpful, always ready to assist no matter the time. I definitely recommend this place

It was too perfect for someone to be alone. Late at night, I was dragging my suitcase on foot from the airport stop, and I noticed that the laundry, convenience stores, restaurants, and bakeries were all still open. I felt clean and comfortable in a new building equipped with an elevator and CCTV in the parking lot. The interior of the accommodation was much better and more aesthetically pleasing than a hotel. Next time, I would love to stay here with my family and friends for an extended period.
