It was quite close to the mountain and we can find a pleasant stream in 500m walk. Excellent quiet location with few restaurants around. The host (bekka) was so kind and lovely person who helped to order food and especially he arranged medical assistance due to an emergency and ensured I’m alright :-) overall lovely country and people are hospitable.

The place is relaxing and a homey vibes. A perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Yuriy, for his warmest welcome and hospitality.

The room was spacious and new. TV had a set of free movies to watch.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. You can easily bonding with nature, the hotel has big outdoor space for kids to play, and inside the restaurant they also have some space for kids to play too. The hotel is also nature friendly, I really like their furniture, simple yet very functional. There’s only one jar of water in the room, and there’s another small gallon of water, but turns out it’s dirty. I didn’t check the water clearly bcos it’s middle of the night and I was thirsty. Luckily I don’t get sick bcos of that.

Above my expectation. Everything is near. Coffee in downstairs bas the best.

Why we chose this hotel: We are a family of six and stayed here 5 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our son’s birthday. We chose it for its excellent reputation, high ratings, unique mountain location, and our great experience with Swissôtel Jakarta – and it exceeded expectations. Location: Surrounded by nature with breathtaking Alatau mountain views, a lake, and stunning sunsets. The best views are from the “Quarter” restaurant side. Rooms: We booked three classic rooms. Kids first stayed in 507 and 508, then moved to spacious deluxe 529 and 530. I was upgraded to a suite which was changed from 741 to 1503, which was large, fully equipped, with amazing panoramic views. All rooms were modern, clean, with balconies, coffee machines & bidets. We were given extra bed!! Housekeeping: Led by Johar, Aigul, and Manzura – excellent daily cleaning and attention to detail. Reception: From the second day, Duty Manager Ferid ensured everything went smoothly with personal follow-up. Thanks also to Adiya, Olgaz, Diana, Dana, Amil, Ivaz, and Yerkizhan for their outstanding support. Luggage Service: Latif, Darkhan, Ali Bek, Bauka, & Anthony were polite & very helpful. Dining: Breakfast at Quarter was varied and delicious, with perfect eggs by Chef Marjan and Janzakova, and help from Aya and Jannah. Dinner at Phoenix was outstanding thanks to Anel and Nurai, with amazing pasta, passion-mango juice, and sunset views by the lake. Call Center: Denis, Liza, Konish, and Aruzhan responded quickly and efficiently. Facilities: We enjoyed the spa, indoor (7–10) and outdoor pools (until 8), gym, kids’ and teens’ playrooms with PlayStation, tennis court, and coffee shop. Value: Exceptional service and a surprise cake, fruits, nuts, and sweets for our celebration (thanks to Madiyar) made our stay unforgettable. Overall: Swissôtel Alatau offered breathtaking views, excellent facilities, and staff who made our holiday special. We will definitely return.

I think the hotel is new, that's why everything was in good condition, the breakfast was amazing with live music, and the location is also near everywhere the visitor should visit
