Great location in a quiet area but within walking distance from the town center. The rooms are small but cozy, with all the amenities and the staff very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the espresso in the Ayurveda coffee shop! Would definitely recommend Suriya guest for a stay in Nuwara Eliya!

Everything! This is a luxury boutique homestay. The fresh white linen on a comfy bed, fluffy pillows, extra blankets, streaming channels on smart TV, and hot showers made this the best stay in Sri Lanka. There is fast internet to get work done. The breakfast is incredible. Most of all, Chaminda is the kindest host! The home is a drive out of town in a remote village.

We really enjoyed our stay. Chaminda is an excellent host. He is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of accurate, up to date information about the area and things to do (much more up to date information than we were able to find online). The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The bedding is nice, warm and cosy – perfect for the slightly cooler weather in Nuwara Eliya. The shower had good hot water. The breakfast was nice and always on time each morning. We’d happily stay again.

A kind and incredibly professional couple. The room was very large, perfectly clean, and tastefully arranged. Even the blankets and sheets smelled wonderful. The host was incredibly kind, and anything you needed was available. We also arranged our visit to Horton Plains National Park with their own tuk-tuk, and they even packed a very neat breakfast for us to eat inside the park. The location is excellent, close to Lover's Leap Waterfall and the Pedro Tea Factory, about a half-hour walk at most, or you can even take a bus. Overall, everything was at its best. We'll definitely miss the landlord, who was a true gentleman, and his kind wife. We hope to see them again.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rustique House! Impeccably clean rooms, serene ambiance, and a warm welcome with a cup of milk coffee. Shan, the host, was accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and offering great suggestions for nighttime activities. Despite no kitchen, they kindly prepared our noodles, which turned out delicious. Breakfast was a delight with rotti, chicken curry, dhal curry, sambol, and a refreshing cup of tea. Highly recommend this place for a delightful experience. Thanks, Shan! Looking forward to another visit.
