Very quiet, off the main road about a kilometer, but in a very nice place. Kasbah across the road is very beautiful. Hosts were great. Very comfortable!!

This is a very small, family-run accommodation with only 3 rooms. They are all hand-built, beautifully furnished, and are surrounding a lush courtyard. The family lives onsite, and provides - besides tea and snacks, of course - the most delicious dinner and breakfast with nothing left to wish for. At night you can watch the stars (with the asif n ignwan). It is very quiet, away from the touristy areas but easy to reach. If I am in the area again, I will come back here.

I’m blessed and privileged to say that, before this trip, I had traveled to 14 countries and in some of those trips I stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels (as well as low budget stays and hostels). This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed in. Not only is the hotel amazingly posted right in front of the globally sought-after dunes of Erg Chabbi with all amenities beautifully included, but the people who work there are simply out of this world. The two Ebrahims at the front desk (sorry if I misspelled), the guys from the restaurant, the cleaning staff, every single person there was special. I could spend hours talking about the top tier level breakfast, the Land Rover tour (thank you Yusuf - great person too), the view from the balcony, the instagrammable frame of the dunes from the pool, the wisdom of the locals… I could spend hours, but for now I only thank the crew for this special ride we had in our honeymoon.
