It was my birthday, and Ramses and the hotel staff made sure to make that day very special by preparing some decorations and a complimentary cake to celebrate. The room with an infinity pool to the ocean was everything I had dreamed of. Excursions were another highlight, I was always to swim with turtles and even saw some dolphins for the first time. They were attentive to every detail, I couldn't ask for more :)

The island is entirely dedicated to wellness, and the spa was simply breathtaking. The entire staff, the team, everyone was incredibly professional. It felt like they were handpicked, honestly. They took such great care of us, surprising us every day with thoughtful gestures. We were absolutely blown away and couldn’t be more satisfied. We went diving in the sea, which was amazing, and the spa treatments were out of this world. The wellness center also offered Yoga and Pilates classes, which added to the overall relaxation. Food was beyond amazing and you have plenty options as you have 4 dine in restaurants with different cuisines. The breakfast buffet has as well plenty of options for different diets (gluten free, vegetarian..). The staff was very very friendly. The rooms are very clean with amazing views. The water is so clear that you think you are on another planet. snorkeling spot is very beautiful you get to see very diverse marine life. the seaplane and transfer experience was very smooth, 45 minutes flight with no stop.

The Hotel is kids friendly and there is a lot of families with young children which is great if you have a kid of your own. The buffet restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner (we never tried the lunch but it looked equally good).
