The staff were excellent - everyone we encountered was super helpful and nice! There is secure, gated parking. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good and there were nice little decorative details there. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini-fridge in the room - this is unusual for Mexico.

The Hotel staff was awesome!!. Very happy and friendly. Very helpful with questions, calling taxis, etc. The maids were great also. Always asking if we needed something or something cleaned. They enjoyed talking with us and answering any questions. Very friendly! The onsite Restaurant and bar was amazing with amazing food and of course an amazing staff! Also all very friendly and accommodating for any of our needs. And to make our experience here even better was the outside landscape and grounds. We felt like we were in a very quite , tranquil, and beautiful park!! Beautiful flowers, plants, green grass and trees! It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay. We already planned our next trip! Oh, and did I say very affordable! :)

The room was very clean, the location was only a 10 minute walk to the center and the staff were very nice and the cleaning crew was very attentive to our needs. The amenities sounded great too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them. I will definitely book again 😊
