Very nice hotel, very clean and big rooms. Everywhere smells fresh. All staff are friendly, 5 stars not 3. :). Very good breakfast, good food in restaurant and nice bar. 100 meter max from thermal water park Bania. Highly recommend..... 🙂

Breakfast was not too diverse but good enough for keeping you full while skiing. Big parking lot, The room was huge with a cute balcony, room service was great as well as the reception crew, especially one worker in the reception, unfortunately I can't recall his name but he was a young blond guy, spoke very well in English and helped us in anything we need with a big smile, he told me that he's new at the place, if its possible to say a huge thank you from us we will be glad.
