Lovely apartment close to the river and the center of Zemun. Everything you need is nearby. 15-20 minute taxi ride to the center of Belgrade, so it’s conveniently located while also being a peaceful escape from the crowds. I stayed in the apartment for a week and I was comfortable. Everything is clean, new, and modern. The hosts are wonderful and they go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Everything was so brand new and luxoury. I and my girlfriend stay normal room and king room. I have to say that king room is great and so enjoyable. It was like a fairytale. Despite of the hotel is so new, everything was so beautiful. Andrej was so supportive 7/24 and we never felt alone or desperate about our issues or our questions about Belgrade. If I go to Belgrade again I know I have a room in Iva Old Town. Thank you so much for everything

The room is a brand new with modern design and it was very clean also. There was a really big screen TV in the room with Android so YouTube and Netflix are available. I liked ambient LED lightning in the room. All in all great value for the money. I really recommend it!
