Beautiful and scenic. Service was top notch! The drive to Lake Kivu was gorgeous. When we got there we were greeted with refreshments. Staff was very warm and welcoming. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms and even made special arrangements for the same. Making payments was not a problem. Food was good especially the Captain Fish with mushroom sauce! The rooms were clean, spacious, cosy and very comfortable. The shower was really good with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was a treat on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous lake and the garden. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious retreat!

We stayed here with our kids for a weekend, and it was perfect. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a kitchen, living room, and strong Wi-Fi. The area felt safe, and it was easy to get around Gisenyi from this location. The kids loved being close to the lake and the garden space. We’ll definitely come back!

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.
