The staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. Free bottles of water were put into our fridge each day too. Breakfast was very nice, including fresh fruit. The gardens are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel .

The Surin Orchid Hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff are excellent. The room facilities were simple but appropriate for this type of hotel. The bed was also very comfortable. The location also suited our needs very effectively.
