It's probably the closest hotel to the dive site. Maybe five minutes walk. Perfect location, close to the town. Would stay again. Also very comfy beds

Everything you could possibly need was provided! The linens were top notch. The cookware, appliances and dishware were all pristine and of good quality. The BEST was the AMAZING VIEWS!!! cannot say enough

I had never met a more gracious host. First we missed the last ferry by 2 minutes. I contacted Brent and explained our situation. He had a solution in minutes I won't go into more details , but if you get a chance to use there properties, it is highly recommended. Plus a unexpected bonus when we did arrive to the island the next day. The golf cart was waiting for us at the dock. David and Zdenka Pendleton

Very close to the ferry and the restaurants/shops. Having the golf cart was great since you can’t rent carts for more than 2 hours. The hot tub was also a huge hit!

Well-kept property. Has character but facilities are modern and comfy. Great lounge on the roof. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location -short walk to Avalon center.
