Due to a medical emergency we unexpectedly left a cruise ship and needed a place to stay while one of our group was in the hospital. The staff here could not have been more friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Because of their flexibility the made our stay there a wonderful experience. We travel quite a bit but for one reason or another this was our first stay at a Hyatt property. It won't be our last.

An absolutely wonderful experience at this very peaceful and relaxing property. Definitely with everything you could need and more. Great location (we enjoyed the beach; watched a rocket launch; fed giraffes and birds; sailed with dolphins; admired the rare experience of seeing plankton glow in the dark; etc) Everything was perfect. The place is amazing. So clean and has basically EVERYTHING you could need. We were amazed at how clean it was and just how much thought was put into this place. They had shampoos, conditioners, dishes, a pack n play for kiddos (we didn’t need it but I still thought it was awesome they had it) just so many things that made it worth the money. He even had a complimentary bottle of wine for us. The area is perfect, it was quiet even with a bar right across the street. The host is incredible too. Our trip was pretty chaotic though it was no fault of his but even after having to leave early (family issues) we forgot a few important things and he immediately offered to ship them back to us. We will certainly stay here again. Just a really great experience overall. If you’re thinking of staying here, give it no more thought just book it!!
