We recently stayed at the Antalya Grand Palace Hotel in Urgench, and our experience was a mixed bag. To start with, the room we were assigned was decent but unfortunately faced a busy road, which resulted in a constant noise level day and night. This made it quite challenging to relax and enjoy our stay fully. We had hoped for a more peaceful environment. On a brighter note, the hotel staff were commendable. Farangiz, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service and friendliness. She was always available to assist and made our stay feel a bit more welcoming.

Rich looking, very fancy, elevator with music. Comfortable beds, staff attentive. We used airport shuttle, and paid for that. Carry away boxed breakfast provided for our early departure.
