I have not met the owner Steven, as he was on holidays, but he communicated with me via what's app and was always available if I had any questions about Venezuela and was ready to help me with anything I needed. It was nice of him to leave me the message with some highlight of Caracas and how to navigate around the city and it was easy to follow The area was super safe, I felt comfortable walking around alone

It would be easier to write what I did not like about this property. Which is basically nothing. It is a beautiful extremely secure safe hotel. Caracas is not tourist, friendly but this hotel will make your stay in Caracas feel like a normal tourist experience. They are very safety conscious. The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurant has amazing food, the staff is exceptional. Everyone speaks English. They are very nice very professional. Anything you need they will provide for you. The Security is top-of-the-line. It is a 100% secured hotel. Caracas is not a friendly place for foreigners however this hotel will make your stay Normal. I highly recommend it for any business travel or anyone who wants to go or needs to go to Caracas for whatever reason and wants to feel secure.
