Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Anyway this place is very high recommend to stay
