The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

Enjoyed the breakfast and tea time at 4pm. The rooms are quite big. Easily able to walk to the pier. The concierge was very helpful in booking boat tickets.

The Square Street and The Waterwheel are both 5 minutes' walk away. The location is very close to the Lijiang Old Town. The owner is supper support and helpful. He speaks English so well. The Inn is so cozy and beautiful. I love my stay here.

For guests' comfort, towels, free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Loved the design of the place, breakfast indoor area has a nice yard outside. Staff was a lovely guy who stayed up past midnight for my family as we had a transportation delay which caused us to arrive much later than expected. Excellent service. The tea served is from local tea leaves from staff’s friend who owns a tea plantation. Breakfast is always a hearty tasty main with a side of corn or sweet potato. Sometimes there are seasonal fruits bought by staff from the local market. Loved loved loved the warmth of the staff. Requests for additional food were granted, and if you cannot finish your food they also offer containers to pack them for you. Got a suite with two bedrooms, it has a living area with bar countertop and dining table and seats and one time welcome rose tea packs. Was perfect for my family of four.

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also welcomes guests with a traditional restaurant and a sun terrace. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. The owner is very friendly and help us everything. Welcome drink and breakfast is simple but good taste. They suggest us about restaurant and attraction. We would back again if we travel there again. Luca is so cute by the way. Thank you so much.

InterContinental Kunming is a 10-minute drive from Xishan Forest Park and Haigeng Park. Kunming Railway Station is a 30-minute drive away while Kunming Changshui Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10.
