Free WiFi is offered in public areas and free private parking is available on site. It was an incredibly beautiful place, and what made it even more special was the warm welcome I received upon arrival and the kind farewell when I left. I truly wished I could have stayed at the hotel for an entire month. I will definitely be visiting again in the coming days, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay—it really is exceptional. I’m already planning to return and stay for a longer period next time. My little ones absolutely loved the animals nearby, especially the chickens. They truly enjoyed the place.
Porthmadog
Built by a visionary architect in 1925, Portmeirion Village & Castell Deudraeth overlooks the beautiful Dywryd Estaury. Located just south of the coastal village of Porthmadog on a private peninsula, the hotel offers a spa and wellness centre, an on-site mini market, a bar and a restaurant. Love the Castle and the Priors. The room no. 6 in the hotel did not have a fridge and we would have appreciated to have a fridge. If we plan to come back we would stay at the Castle or at the Priors. We found that the price for the hotel was too expensive compared to the one at the Castle. For the same, the room at the Castle was much better. But that said, we enjouée a lot our stay. Personnel was great.

The facility is well manicured the plants all trimmed back and super healthy. Great paths and trails to explore. The staff was more than accommodating and, the food served in the restaurant was well prepared and served nice and hot!

With the majestic mountains of Cader Idris reflected in its waters, Tal-y-Llyn Lake is more than a scenic asset; the hotel owns the lake, which is noted for its superb fishing. Tynycornel was a well-known fishing hostelry as early as 1800 and guests enjoy priority access to Tal-y-Llyn's prized waters, together with fine river fishing.
The staff were excellent, could not have done any more for us, kind, friendly and responsive to all requests. The setting is beautiful and the hotel very comfortable. We highly recommend this small hotel.

The room was very comfortable, great bed. The bathroom too was well designed and modern. Strong shower in particular. The breakfast was alright. The staff were so friendly and kind, I only wish someone had been knowledgeable enough to give me more recommendations about what to do in the area besides the obvious things.

The resort was fun. Everything was free, which was lovely. The pool was 45-minute sessions only. Which our kids were not happy about. The resort is very dated. This could do with a revamp. The staff started off a little moody, and then they started to be nicer. Waiting until 5 pm to get into a bungalow that was ready about 2 was a joke. This needs to be improved. We had 2 family's with us and they said the same.
We stayed here as a family of 5 two young children and a baby, we had a wedding near by. The stay was lovely cannot fault it at all the room was comfortable the staff were soo lovely and accommodating for us. The food is gorgeous highly recommend dining in the pub. Literally cannot fault our stay at all. We will be returning again!
The property is in a quiet location with horses and other wildlife as closest neighbours yet it is only 10mins by car to shops/beaches etc. The house itself was perfect for our family with a baby/toddler who could be entertained safely and kept an eye on from the bright sunroom or cozy lounge. The walk in showers were fab too!
Our stay at Basecamp Wales was excellent. Very clean and tidy hostel with big fully functioning kitchen and plenty of open area. The place is family friendly. Supermark is 1 mile from the location. Prvoides an incredible view of Snowdown.
Four large bedrooms with lovely beds and enough bathrooms and toilets. Very clean and great socialising space. Two families with two adults and two children, plus a dog and there was space (and lots of it) for a baby or toddler in a travel cot. The children loved the layout for hide and seek and it was such an easy walk into Llanrwst centre.
Swimming pool is clean and family friendly.Beautiful to see lot’s of children around. 5 mins walk to Asda and Morrison,15 mins to Caernarfon Castle, and local shops including take away resto. The receptionist are really friendly, both at swimming pool and front desk.
the property is small but done us great as a family of 4, perfect base for a weekend/week of fun! property was well equipped with toaster, hob and pans provided, fridge and all cutlery and plates/bowls. Parking right next to the property but if you have a child in a pram or are elderly (or pregnant like me) you might want to rethink as the hill from the pool/bar/entrance to the property is quite big. pool area and bar was really nice with games room for the kids. I would definitely stay on this site again.
