We loved the character of the cottages, the up cycled furniture, the fire pit and games which were available. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable.. It was quiet too at night.

Situated on 20 acres of oceanfront property, Newagen Seaside Inn is located on Southport Island, just 15 minutes' drive from Boothbay Harbor. The Newagen Seaside Inn is a very special place, exceptionally friendly and with outstanding staff from all over the world. In the evening we had a superb meal at their very atmospheric pub, chatting with locals, including a lobster fisherman and enjoying live music; it was a fascinating experience. It has an incredible location, a little off the beaten track, in this location you are at one with pure beauty. What a find, our stay was too short and we didn't want to leave. Given the opportunity we would love to return.
