The hostel is 15 minutes on foot from the train station, 3 minutes from the No8 bus stop that takes you to Santa Claus village and 5 minutes from the center (Lordi square). The girl who worked at the hostel very kind and willing to inform you about moving around the city, activities that need a reservation (northern lights hunting, visiting a reindeer or husky farm)

Great snow boarding/skiing facilities, however, no clothes hire (you need to go into town) but they have ski and snowboard, boot hire. Easy to take taxi to Santa’s Village.

Katjia cooks yummy food and they are very helpful with the activities offered by them within our schedule. And the best is that they also offer pickup and drop off service for the ones without car rental and is very worthy to get 1h drive to reach this peaceful and blessed place. Everything is new in the farm and the decoration is very welcoming.
