The attention to detail was superb. Stayed in the Adults section of the hotel and the rooms were fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly and made to feel very welcome. One of the best hotels and experiences in any hotel globally that I’ve stayed in. Truly a 5 star experience. Great restaurants and Spa. I'm a very picky person, and I had the best time at this resort. It exceeded my expectations, and it is even nicer in real than in pics. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The resort is impeccably clean (inside and outside). Food is delicious (and breakfast and the restaurants inside the resort). The place is so big that even when fully booked, you don't feel the crowd - I always found a sunbed at the main pool. Beach is beautiful and the kids club is heaven. I will definitely go back!
