Rooms are very clean bright and spacious very comfortable bed , Beach quality is stunning ,We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The facilities, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful but a special thank you to Baraka, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and did everything he could to make our visit truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Serry Beach and it was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special and well taken care of. A big thank you to Hanan from guest services — she was incredibly sweet and, along with the team, made our experience so memorable. The service overall was top-tier, always attentive and welcoming. The shows were so fun and beautifully done, and the all-inclusive experience was absolutely worth it. Everything from the food to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations.
