Everything, what an exceptional hotel is this. Thank you so much for the upgrade! It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place. I love the room ambience, how neat and clean looking it was. There was a bath tub that has a window facing the bedroom and the TV, with a curtain as well of course and wide shower as well. You also got complementary snacks inside the room, sofa with foot rest and table for work. My stay was on the 5th floor so they alsp provided the lounge and diner in there as well. The room style were also modern and fancy looking. So my wife and I loved it. Oh the fact they prepared a long pillow (bantal guling) made it perfect
