Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point. It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Special mention must be made to staff at the Club Lounge & Bromo Kafe. Chef Fitri went beyond to extend her services to us. Alfandy, Wanda, Rika, Jojok and the rest of the team really made us feel special. At the Club, Alfian, Pak Wisnu, Pak Arif and team also made us feel like Sheraton.Surabaya is our 2nd home. Large rooms, well equipped with a comfortable bed and charming furniture (sofa, desk etc). Large bathrooms in colonial style but with all the luxury of a 5-star hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent, a large selection of asian and western food at breakfast and also for dinner.
